General questions

Our office is open from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. For non-urgent matters, you can reach us via email or drop off forms at our mailbox (2108) marked “The Manager.”

The gym is open from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm, while the pool, BBQ areas, and rooftop terraces are open from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.

Please make sure to dry off before entering the building, as wet tiles can be dangerous. Follow the rules, including the requirement for towels and shoes when using the pool and gym. Alcohol and glass are not allowed in the pool area, and smoking is prohibited in common areas. 

To reserve a BBQ area, email the office during business hours at least one business day in advance. A deposit is required and will be refunded if the area is left clean.

To prevent water damage, avoid storing moisture-sensitive items in the basement storage cage. Use plastic storage bins or pallets to elevate belongings. Note that the responsibility for stored goods lies with you.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments, on balconies, and in common areas such as the BBQ, pool areas, and meeting room.

Residents must park in designated spaces. Visitor parking is available for a maximum of 8 hours within 24 hours. Visitors need to display a notice with unit details and arrival time.

Complete a maintenance request form available at reception 24/7. Emergency repairs should be reported to Ben Melville at 0434 609 153.

Unfortunately, we cannot receive or sign for deliveries on your behalf.

Email the office to order keys. Note that payment is non-refundable, and extra keys must be returned at lease end.
